Hello,
It would be nice if we could click on the slider's track then the cursor
positions itself at this position.
Don't you have this feature somewhere in your javascripts ?

Sadly not, no. The good news is that Web Forms 2 native widgets for
<input type="range"> can do this. Currently they are supported by Opera 9
and Safari [Ed. and via a script in IE].
